GREETINGS
Mother Nature has been waiting for you
Dr. Kseniya A Zvereva, ND
My passion is the intersection of physiology and philosophy. I always knew that I would become a doctor, but after becoming discouraged by the conventional medical model after working in the ER and small rural clinics in Minnesota - I realized that my approach to medicine has always been within naturopathic medicine. After the first semester in the ND program at Bastyr University in Seattle, I was hooked on the model "Restoration of Health" (see below). After completing my four years, I completed a first year residence at Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle, WA. I have completed my second year residency in San Diego, CA and am seeing patients virtually in WA and CA states, and providing education outside of those states.
“Healing begins with understanding.”

A naturopathic roadmap from least-force to most-intensive care.
What Is the Therapeutic Order?
The Therapeutic Order is a core framework used in naturopathic medicine to guide treatment from the least invasive to the most intensive therapies. It supports a root-cause, whole-person approach by recognizing the body’s natural ability to heal. This model helps naturopathic doctors choose safe, effective, and evidence-informed steps for restoring long-term health.
How It Guides Naturopathic Care
-
Address the root cause by identifying obstacles to health and strengthening foundational wellness.
-
Support and stimulate the body’s self-healing mechanisms, using natural therapies whenever possible.
-
Use higher-force medical interventions only when necessary, ensuring a thoughtful, stepwise, and patient-centered approach.
This framework keeps care safe, strategic, and aligned with holistic healing principles, allowing patients to experience sustainable improvement rather than temporary symptom relief.
